Very good quality burgers and fries as always and the staff is lovely. Skylar is doing a great job both in her restaurant in Cheltenham and when coming to help the team in Gloucester.
My 3rd visit here staff are super friendly and all look happy working there cooking is open and visible. Plenty to choose from and pick whatever you want inside your burger. Skin on fries are amazing. Free monkey nuts are endless as much as you want. Information displayed on where. Potatoes are sourced from. Refillable drinks dispense yourself. Always clean inside highly recommend
First time visit!. Bought a cheeseburgers and fries. Burgers were excellent and there were so many fries in the bag, overflowing the container, Great and fast service. Clean interior/place and toilets.
We had our very first visit to any Five Guys anywhere today and thoroughly enjoyed it. As ever, I was overwhelmed by the menu (this is any menu, not just Five Guys...their menu is straightforward) so opted for a 'all in' cheeseburger, regular fries and a water. Our bag arrived with piping hot contents, 1.5 tonnes of fries and everything was really well packaged. There was plenty of serviettes (which was good as they're essential) and vinegar and tomato sauce are available. Everything was excellent, fresh and really delicious. I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely lived up to the hype. Everyone there was cleaning everything in sight for the duration of our visit and I was pleased to see the Manager speak to a member of staff who, although cleaning vigorously, was scraping the chairs across the floor which gave the venue a school canteen feel. However, he noticed this spoke to him and it was soon rectified - thanks for this, it was getting annoying . I didn't use the facilities however, they are disability friendly. There is a clear queuing system to order and extremely attentive and well-trained (and patient with people who are new and indecisive) staff. We will be back!
One of smaller five guys with seating for about 35-40, plus 18 outside. But it was super clean and in a lovely location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A great music selection playing. And as always the food was amazing fresh and tasty. Absolutely worth a visit.
Me and my partner go here once a month or so. The burger is one big hot sloppy cheese oozing mess of goodness. You get so many fries we have never actually finished the whole bag. The milkshakes are just simple thee best shakes I have genuinely had, imagine a maccies milkshake but 4 times the flavour and smoothness with half the thickness

I was served by a guy called Pascal I believe his name was and he was so wonderful to me and my friends and gave us a free drink for the wait. Absolutely lovely staff and place was clean. Thank you guys so much
